Scientifically proven, multi-award winning LipiSperse® is an advanced cold water dispersion technology (CWD). This study showed that a single dose of trans-resveratrol with LipiSperse® resulted in a 1.6-fold increase in resveratrol-sulfate conjugate, and a 2-fold increase in glucuronide conjugate.
HydroCurc® Improves Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness and Postexercise Lactate Accumulation
The efficacy of curcumin supplementation is traditionally limited due to its poor bioavailability, however HydroCurc® curcumin has been shown to improve biomarkers of muscle damage post exercise.
